CSXT appoints Mast to head customer service operations


Last week, CSX Transportation promoted Shelley Mast to vice president-customer service operations. Reporting to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Tony Ingram, she will be responsible for customer service operations, accounting and processes.

Since joining CSXT in 1986 as a market research analyst, Mast has served in various sales and marketing, customer service and operating positions, including national account manager, director of integrated planning and managing director of field operations.

"Shelley has a comprehensive understanding of the needs of our customers," said Ingram in a prepared statement.
