Bolyard, Moore assume short-line GM posts at Watco

Watco Transportation Services L.L.C. has named Garrett Bolyard general manager of the Eastern Idaho Railroad (EIRR) and James Moore, GM of the Pacific Sun Railroad (PSRR).

Bolyard most recently was the assistant GM at EIRR. He joined Watco in July 2008 as director of property management for the West Region.

EIRR operates 270 miles of track in eastern Idaho and interchanges with Union Pacific Railroad.

Moore most recently served in the U.S. Army from 2011 to 2013. He previously was an operations manager for Holland L.P. from 2003 to 2009, and for North American Railnet Inc. from 1996 to 2002.

PSRR operates 62 miles of track in southern California and interchanges with BNSF Railway Co.
