advertisement
Canadian Pacific Railway has appointed Kathryn McQuade executive vice president and chief financial officer to succeed Mike Lambert, who resigned to pursue other interests.
McQuade had been serving as EVP and chief operating officer since joining CPR last year. She previously was EVP of planning and chief information officer for Norfolk Southern Corp. McQuade served NS for 15 years in various high-level finance positions, including senior VP of finance.
She will assume responsibility for all comptroller, treasury, investor relations, internal audit and corporate planning functions. McQuade also will retain responsibility for business information services and the strategic sourcing group.
Brock Winter will return to his role as SVP of operations after he concludes a productivity and efficiency review, CPR said.
