Canada’s Minister of Transport recently appointed Wendy King, Leo Housakos and William Wheatley to VIA Rail Canada Inc.’s board of directors.
Currently a senior legal counsel with Weyerhaeuser Co. Ltd., King is a lawyer with experience in corporate, commercial and tax law. She will serve a four-year term.
Also appointed to a four-year term, Housakos works in public relations, strategic planning and marketing.
Wheatley currently serves as chief compliance officer, secretary and general counsel for Greystone Capital Management Inc. He will serve a two-year term.
