TransLink, British Columbia consider transit options

TransLink and the province of British Columbia are seeking public comments as part of the first phase of the UBC Rapid Transit Study, which will analyze options for providing rapid transit service along the Broadway corridor.
Options under consideration include light rail, rail rapid transit and bus rapid transit, as well as improvements to existing bus service.
The study is being funded by TransLink and the province, with support from the city of Vancouver, University of British Columbia, UBC Endowment Lands and Metro Vancouver.
