Sound Transit names real estate, human resource managers

Sound Transit Jan. 11 added two seasoned vets to its management team: Real Estate Manager Al Lowe and Human Resource Manager Janice Bondar.
Lowe’s prior real estate and banking experience includes stints as real estate manager for Port of Seattle Marine Division, real estate appraiser and operator of his own consulting firm. As a consultant to Sound Transit, Lowe handled property acquisition for the Central Link light-rail maintenance facility.
Bondar brings with her more than five years’ experience managing human resources at King County Department of Natural Resources. She also worked at Boeing Commercial Airplane Co. for more than nine years in various capacities.
