Parsons Brinckerhoff, HNTB/Wilbur Smith win high-speed rail contracts
Last week, Parsons Brinckerhoff announced it has obtained a contract to provide program management services for the Illinois Department of Transportation’s Chicago-to-St. Louis high-speed rail corridor, as well as consulting services for the Ohio DOT’s 3C corridor and Florida DOT’s proposed Orlando-to-Miami high-speed project.
In addition, HNTB Corp. and Wilbur Smith Associates obtained a contract from the Florida Department of Transportation’s Florida Rail Enterprise division to serve as program manager for the Tampa-to-Orlando high-speed rail project.
