NJ Transit to test online 'suggestion box'
advertisement
On June 1, New Jersey Transit will begin piloting an online suggestion box program.
By logging onto the “Rider’s Platform” at www.njtransit.com, customers can post suggestions on ways the agency can improve service, read other passengers’ recommendations and vote on the ideas they like best. Comments will be reviewed by NJ Transit managers, who will evaluate the pilot at June’s end.
The program is an extension of NJ Transit’s Web-based customer relationship management system developed with Salesforce.com. The externally hosted, integrated system catalogs every customer contact, whether it be by telephone, email, mail or in person, to help the agency manage its 50,000 annual customer contacts.
