Las Vegas Railway Express, Z-Train win injunction

Yesterday, a Clark County, Nevada, district court granted Las Vegas Railway Express Inc.’s (X Train) request for an injunction against three Z-Train executives and D2 Holdings L.L.C., according to the X Train.
X Train officials claim that Z-Train executives made defamatory remarks about the X Train and its executives. The injunction is the first step in continuing litigation and no date has been set for a trial, X Train officials said in a prepared statement.
However, the court granted the injunction to both the X Train and Z-Train, and both are enjoined from making defamatory statements about the other, according to the Z-Train, which claims there is no continuing litigation.
X Train and Z-Train both are planning a passenger train service between Los Angeles and Las Vegas.
