Indiana commuter-rail agency contracts RailComm to provide operating rules training

The Northern Indiana Commuter Transportation District (NICTD) recently contracted RailComm Inc. to conduct General Code of Operations Rules training.
By February, RailComm expects to train and qualify more than 130 NICTD employees on operating rules (as revised in 2005). The agency plans to implement the RailComm Office Control System, comprising the company’s CTC:DOC™, SCADA:DOC™ and TWC:DOC™ integrated application packages.
RailComm also will conduct a workers recertification course as part of the contract.
