DART promotes exec to head human resources

Dallas Area Rapid Transit Jan. 17 promoted Assistant Vice President Lynda Jackson to vice president of human resources.
Jackson, who began her tenure at DART in 1995 as manager for employee labor relations and training and development, most recently managed the department’s recruiting and compensation sections.
