DART appoints Plesko to oversee planning, scheduling

Dallas Area Rapid Transit recently named Todd Plesko vice president of planning and development.
He will be responsible for short-range rail and bus service planning and scheduling. Pleko also will oversee the agency's bus passenger facility capital planning and high-occupancy vehicle lane operations.
He most recently served as chief of planning and system development at St. Louis' Metro, where he supervised rail and bus planning, scheduling and research.
