CTA orders more recycled composite ties

On Oct. 16, Chicago Transit Authority awarded U.S. Plastic Lumber Corp. a contract to add 10,000 more of its DuraTie® recycled composite railroad ties to the several thousand CTA already has purchased from the supplier.
