BART deploys Micromuse software
advertisement
Micromuse Inc. June 18 announced that San Francisco’s Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) selected its Netcool® software as the core platform to manage its internal operational network infrastructure.
With the new software in place, BART personnel can monitor the entire control system’s status from a single dashboard display instead of several computer screens, said Dave Warwick, BART Group Manager, Systems Engineering, in a prepared statement, adding that Netcool also serves as a focal point for incoming alarms from other networks and computer systems.
