Allegheny County Transit Council elects new board members

The Allegheny County Transit Council recently elected new officers.
Jonathan Robinson will serve as president of the independent, rider-based advisory council, while Jim Robinson was elected vice president, John Weinhold was elected treasurer and Patrick Singleton was elected secretary.
During their one-year terms, which begin July 1, the officers will work with the Port Authority of Allegheny County on transit issues and help advocate for public transportation in the region.
