The company named:
• Barbara Banas, former GATX Rail director of operational excellence, vice president of operations;
• Brian Ottinger, a nine-year sales and marketing veteran in the rail equipment financing and logistics industries, director of sales and marketing-eastern U.S. and Canada;
• Bob Emanuelson, a 20-year rail-car and component sales and leasing veteran, director of sales and marketing-central U.S. and Canada; and
• Tod McCrea, former CH Robinson account and transportation sales manager, fleet analyst.
Owner of 10,000 rail cars, Mitsui Rail provides car leasing, fleet management and maintenance services in North America.
