Steelhead Corp. recently acquired R-Mac Sales and Leasing L.L.C., which provides asset preservation technologies to the rail industry.
Steelhead will rename the firm Encore Rail Systems Inc. and has appointed former R-Mac Vice President of Operations Doug Delmonico president of Encore.
The company will have production facilities in Chicago and Broomfield, Colo.
Steelhead is a holding company and managing parent of light manufacturing and service businesses serving the rail and HVAC industries.
