Police officers union ratifies CN agreement

On Friday, Canadian National Railway Co. announced members of the Canadian National Railways Police Association ratified a three-year agreement.

Retroactive to Jan. 1, the contract increases wages and improves benefits for 67 CN police officers.

Earlier this year, CN renewed a contract with the Canadian Auto Workers and reached a tentative agreement with the Teamsters Canada Rail Conference/Rail Canada Traffic Controllers. The Class I continues to negotiate with four other Canadian unions.
