"Rail Problems, Maintenance, and Rail Grinding" will be held Aug. 22-23, 2017, at the University of Delaware/Newark Campus. The course is designed for practicing railroad and transit engineers and maintenance supervisors who are responsible for the design and/or maintenance activities associated with rail.
