On Nov. 1, HNTB Corp. hosted a forum on high-speed rail in the Northeast. The event was part of the engineering firm’s THINK: Infrastructure forums, which feature a range of participants discussing major industry issues.
Titled “Creating the Right Vision for High-Speed Rail in the Northeast,” the latest forum featured panelists such as Amtrak Vice President of NEC Infrastructure and Investment Development Stephen Gardner, Federal Railroad Administrator Joseph Szabo, HNTB Corp.
