 | Al Swift is chairman of the American High Speed Rail Alliance, an organization that advocates for the development and implementation of a high-speed passenger-rail network in the United States. Mr. Swift currently serves as a partner at Colling, Swift & Hynes, a Washington, D.C.-based government relations consulting firm. He previously served 16 years in Congress, representing Washington State's second congressional district. |
