CN reinstalls Bruder as chair, seats 11 management selections on board

CN on Friday announced Shauneen Bruder was unanimously reelected as chair. Now retired, she previously was executive vice president of operations for the Royal Bank of Canada. 

Additionally, all 11 nominees proposed by the Class I’s management were elected as board members, including Bruder and CN President and CEO Tracy Robinson. 

The other nine elected are:  

Jo-ann dePass Olsovsky, a former chief information officer at BNSF Railway; 

David Freeman, a retired EVP of operations for BNSF; 

Denise Gray, a retired director of external affairs and government relations-North America for LG Energy Solution Michigan Inc.; 

Justin Howell, a retired senior investment manager at Cascade Asset Management Co.; 

Susan Jones, a retired EVP and CEO of Nutrien Ltd.’s potash business unit; 

Robert Knight, a retired chief financial officer for Union Pacific Railroad; 

Michael Letellier, president and CEO of Innergex Renewable Energy Inc.;  

Al Monaco, a retired president and CEO of Enbridge Inc.; and 

Madeleine Paquin, a retired president and CEO of Logistec Corp.
