The Chicago Transit Authority recently contracted Edwards and Kelcey to oversee a $230 million project under which the agency will install a new signaling system on the Blue and Loop Elevated lines in downtown Chicago, and replace traction power cabling in both the Blue and Red line subways.
The firm will provide management, engineering, inspection, document control and cost estimating services.
