Progressive Railroading's Reader's Choice Awards recognize an elite group of products that best meet the industry's needs in 10 categories as selected by our subscribers. Your product can be one of the select few to earn this prestigious honor in 2026.
The Reader's Choice Awards program is open to any individual, organization or authorized agent who manufactures, designs, engineers or produces products and technology for the rail industry. Products entered must have been available for industry use by December 31, 2025
Award applications will be accepted through March 27, 2026. Special Customer Extension: April 8, 2026
3 Winners Per Category
To qualify for a bonus category, you must first select a product category for your entry, and then you can choose to add one or more of the bonus categories for the same product at a later step in the submission process.
Winners are selected via voting done by the over 45,000 Progressive Railroading daily eNewsletter subscribers of rail professionals. Entries are compiled onto ballots and voting notices are emailed to a group of subscribers. All entries are not included on every ballot and will not be seen by all subscribers/voters. Voting takes place between April 20, 2026 through May 22, 2026. Winners will be notified by June 1, 2026. All award designations by reader voting are final.
$273 per product category entry and $249 per bonus category entry. No refunds will be issued.
