The Reader's Choice Awards program is open to any individual, organization or authorized agent who manufactures, designs, engineers or produces products and technology for the rail industry. Products entered must have been available for industry use by December 31, 2023
Award applications will be accepted from February 3, 2025 through March 21, 2025.

To qualify for a bonus category, you must first select a product category for your entry, and then you can choose to add one or both of the bonus categories for the same product at a later step in the submission process.
How Winners Are Selected
Winners are selected via voting done by the over 45,000 Progressive Railroading daily eNewsletter subscribers of rail professionals. Entries are compiled onto ballots and voting notices are emailed to a group of subscribers. All entries are not included on every ballot and will not be seen by all subscribers/voters. Voting takes place between April 21, 2025 and May 23, 2025. Ballots will be compiled, and winners will be notified by May 28, 2025. All award designations by reader voting are final.
Entry Fee
$273 per product category entry and $249 per bonus category entry. No refunds will be issued.
You may submit the same product into multiple award categories, but there is a separate entry fee for each category entry. All entries must be submitted by March 21, 2025.
