On Sept. 1, the agency will increase the base fare from $1.50 to $1.75; daily pass, from $3.50 to $4.50; and monthly pass, from $60 to $80. In September 2006, SacRT will hike the base, daily and monthly fares to $2, $5 and $85, respectively.
