advertisement
The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) recently appointed three executives as part of an administrative reorganization that will "place a greater emphasis on improving regional mobility," according to a prepared statement.
The authority named Emeka Monome chief administrative officer; Carol Kissal, chief financial officer; and Sarah Kline, director for the office of policy and government relations.
Most recently director for the District Department of Transportation (DDOT), Moneme previously was WMATA's chief of staff to the general manger.
Kissal most recently worked for DDOT as well, serving as deputy director. She also has directed the accounting and budget activities for the District of Columbia's public school system.
Kline most recently was counsel to Sen. Christopher Dodd (D-Conn.), who chairs the U.S. Senate Committee on Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs.
