Koerner to head Montana Rail Link's finances, administration

He later became controller for I&M Rail Link — which at the time was owned by MRL parent the Washington Group of Cos.— before returning to MRL as controller in 2002.

MRL operates track in Montana, Idaho and Washington, and interchanges with BNSF Railway Co., Union Pacific Railroad and the Montana Western Railway.
