DMJM Harris acquires Egis Semaly

DMJM Harris recently acquired Egis-Semaly Inc. from French engineering firm Semaly SA.

Based in New York City, Egis-Semaly provides transit infrastructure project design and management services. Specializing in signal and communications system engineering, cost estimating and scheduling, the firm’s clients include MTA New York City Transit, Long Island Rail Road and Metro-North Railroad.

Egis-Semaly employees will join DMJM Harris; the integration process is expected to be complete in January 2007.

DMJM Harris provides transit and rail, highway, bridge and airport engineering services.
