Cubic Corp. recently appointed Robert Weaver to its board.
Weaver serves as president, and chief operating and financial officer for Crown Bolt Inc., a national distributor of fasteners and hardware.
He previously served accounting firm Deloitte & Touche for 31 years, lastly as a senior partner.
