Union Pacific Railroad General Director of Positive Train Control Ricky Durrant identifies the six generations' worth of his family members who have served the Class I since the 1860s. Collectively, the Durrant family tree includes more than three dozen men and women who've logged more than 800 years of service at UP. Ricky Durrant joined the railroad in 1971.
