Weaver joined NS in 1989 as a labor relations specialist and served in various positions of increasing responsibility in the labor relations department before becoming assistant VP of labor relations in 2008.
Mobley joined NS predecessor Southern Railway Co. in 1971 as a management trainee and has served as VP of labor relations since 2008.
Meanwhile, Watco Cos. L.L.C. named Bill Goldsberry general manager of the Eastern Idaho Railroad (EIRR). He most recently was GM of Watco’s Yellowstone Valley Railroad.
Prior to joining Watco in 2010, Goldsberry was director of operations and safety for Genesee & Wyoming Inc.’s Portland & Western Railroad. He previously served RailAmerica Inc. in various capacities, including engineer and conductor for the California Northern and Puget Sound and Pacific railroads.
EIRR operates 270 miles of track in areas around Minidoka and Idaho Falls, Idaho.
