Holland acquires E. O. Paton International

Holland Co. L.P. recently acquired Canadian firm E. O. Paton International Holdings.

The acquisition will enable Holland to "better serve the electric flash-butt welding arena for both fixed plants and mobile operations," according to a prepared statement.

E. O. Paton owner and President Dennis Shears has joined Holland, where he will assist with global rail industry marketing and sales efforts.
