SEPTA, UTU reach tentative pact for conductors

The Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority and United Transportation Union Local 61 recently reached a tentative four-year agreement covering conductors and assistant conductors at the authority’s Regional Rail Division.

The pact would increase wages, improve work rules, and provide better medical and prescription drug benefits. The contract will be presented to members for ratification.
