Larger ships pulling into Port of Halifax pose intermodal business boost for CN

Carrying 14,000 containers, the ONE Stork docked April 26 at the Port of Halifax, which is served exclusively by CN. It was the first of several large ships that will call on the port this year. Halifax Port Authority

CN is the only railroad that serves the port, which characterizes itself as Canada’s “Ultra Atlantic Gateway” with the closest proximity to Europe and connections to more than 150 countries.
