Velocity Powered Rail Web Punch

Velocity Powered Rail Web Punch is compact and easily transported to the jobsite by one or two men. Punched holes can be located precisely by using correct templates and spacing plates. Blank  percussion cartridges are used as the power source and are discharged in sealed breech unit. There is no open flash.

The expanding gases which result drive a combination movable piston and punch unit assembly  forward to instantly punch a hole through the web of the rail. The frame of the Rail Web Punch is designed to guide and shield moving parts. A blanket-type guard is provided to protect the
operator from possible scale or dirt resulting from the punch operation.

The entire hole-punching operation requires less than three minutes.

Three easy-to-use, portable models are available:
Model T-60 for 25 to 60 lb rail
Model T-115 for 70-115 lb rail
Model T-140 for 100-140 lb rail
