The Lead position works under minimal supervision and is responsible for the operational support of the Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system, Positive Train Control (PTC,) Network Management (NM) systems and for providing usage and troubleshooting support to the Dispatching Operations team that use these systems. Minimum requirements include Associate’s degree in System, Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science with 5 or more years working in an active railroad or transit environment as back office support or senior train control operations manager in a control center or management of a 24/7 operations facility providing operational support.
