BLET-represented engineers ratify collective bargaining agreement with UP

Union Pacific Railroad
locomotive engineers represented by the
Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers and Trainmen (BLET)
have ratified a new on-property collective bargaining agreement.
Running through the end of 2014, the agreement covers nearly 9,000 engineers. BLET’s press release did not provide specifics on the contract terms.
