CP responds to Pershing Square shareholder letter

Canadian Pacific has issued a response to the letter Pershing Square Capital Management L.P. Chief Executive Officer William Ackman issued to shareholders earlier today.

The letter argues Pershing Square’s case for appointing new board members and installing Hunter Harrison as the Class I’s top executive.
