Woman of Influence in Rail

Theresa Wilder

Operations and exhibit manager
Railway Systems Suppliers Inc.

Job history: Theresa Wilder joined Railway Systems Suppliers Inc. (RSSI) in 2014. She leads the planning and execution of RSSI's participation in Railway Interchange, a major annual event jointly hosted by RSSI, REMSA and RSI. The exhibition is the largest of its kind in North America. In addition to her exhibition responsibilities, Theresa manages the day-to-day operations of RSSI.

Why she's influential as a leader: Theresa's ability to manage complex logistics for industry exhibitions — venue selection, hotel coordination, social events, food and beverages — while maintaining strong relationships across the industry is a testament to her leadership and dedication.

During the Railway Interchange exhibition, Theresa also oversees the show registration and informational booth. Each year, she refines and improves the registration process, allowing participants to check in and receive their badges efficiently. Her commitment to streamlining the experience reflects her broader goal: to make every aspect of the event seamless and impactful.

Her work supports RSSI's mission to create an environment where railroads and suppliers can build strong partnerships. Her efforts have helped countless companies gain visibility, forge new alliances and contribute to the advancement of the rail communications and signal sector.
