Her work has enabled her team to develop transportation products, fortify customer partnerships and charter a path for sustainable growth.

Her reputation extends outside the company. She is a founding member of the CPKC Women's Leadership Network and a leader throughout the Class I rail industry. A highlight of her recent work was orchestrating a high-profile event in September 2025 at a CPKC customer's Mexico grain terminal. Elizabeth's flawless execution showcased not only her and CPKC's logistical prowess but also her commitment to shaping future trade flows. Her visionary leadership, relentless drive and ability to deliver results set her apart.
