Woman of Influence in Rail

Adrienne Taylor

Corporate proposal manager
Stacy Witbeck

Job history: Adrienne joined Stacy Witbeck in 2017 as a proposal writer upon graduation from Georgetown University. Her talent and service-oriented leadership accelerated her advancement, and in 2024 she assumed full responsibility for all proposal development efforts.

In 2023, Adrienne was named president of the Stacy Witbeck Foundation, where she oversees charitable donations to organizations that promote education and training for those interested in the construction industry. She is a member of American Public Transportation Association's Emerging Leaders Class of 2026.

Why she's influential as a leader: As head of Stacy Witbeck's proposal efforts, Adrienne plays a central role in shaping how the company — one of the premier transit contractors responsible for many of the natio's most impactful rail systems — presents itself to clients.

Adrienne has been instrumental in sustaining and elevating that reputation through the high-quality, compelling proposals she and her team develop and bring to every pursuit. Although her background is not in construction or engineering, she has mastered the technical complexities of the rail and transit market. Senior executives from partner firms have commended her ability to understand technical criteria and operational requirements, then translate and present these solutions in a way that resonates with decision-makers.

Since stepping into her current role, Adrienne has contributed directly to securing more than $8 billion in new rail and transit work, with a success rate of over 66%. Her work has shaped not only Stacy Witbeck's success, but also the way rail projects are communicated, understood and delivered across the industry.
