For Delmarva Central, keeping in close contact with customers during a pandemic helps keep traffic steady

Even before March 11, 2020, when the World Health Organization declared COVID-19 a global pandemic, officials with the Delmarva Central Railroad (DCR) were already thinking about what they had to do to continue serving customers along the Delmarva peninsula on the U.S. East Coast.
