BNSF, CSX, NS and UP lay out rail-service recovery plans

At last week's STB hearing, Class I execs acknowledged stakeholders’ service complaints and agreed their railroads’ performance wasn’t where they wanted it to be. And they explained what their companies are doing to accelerate hiring of train crew members and reduce traffic congestion at key network points.
