TNW Corp. has hired Luis Delgado to serve as market development manager.Delgado will support marketing of TNW's three railroads and their respective logistics centers by contributing to the company's strategic planning and managing sales initiatives and programs.Based in TNW's corporate office in Dallas, Delgado will report to Wade Hoffmann, vice president of sales and marketing.Prior to joining TNW, Delgado was senior sales consultant for Union Pacific Railroad, where he was responsible for managing sales team members and account service duties for customers in the steel, oil and gas industries. Before he began his senior sales position, Delgado was a business representative for UP's automotive group, where he managed more than 100 automotive customer accounts and led new customer on-boarding efforts.Delgado's "background in sales and customer service, and his experience in the railroad industry, will be especially valuable as we continue to expand our operations and identify better ways to serve our clients," Hoffmann said in a press release.
