Across multiple functions and geographies, she translates complex workforce and labor issues into practical, business-ready solutions. She helps leaders navigate regulatory and policy changes, workforce planning shifts and evolving talent needs with steady judgment and a collaborative approach. Her work in talent acquisition, retention and succession planning has supported continuity in critical roles. As a people leader, she develops high-performing teams and sets a standard of empathy paired with accountability. Gravelle also contributes beyond her immediate role through internal initiatives and industry engagement.
