Rail Experience: Krueger is responsible for all global manufacturing in the United States, Mexico, Brazil, Poland, Romania and Turkey. He oversees all global design, product and process engineering, sourcing, logistics and quality of manufacturing across Greenbrier's North American manufacturing network. With more than three decades of automotive manufacturing and leadership experience, Krueger provides insightful feedback for streamlining processes, meeting deadlines and reducing costs. Beyond ensuring operational excellence at Greenbrier, Krueger is also dedicated to creating a workplace culture where employees are supported throughout their careers and in meeting their development goals. He is an Executive Sponsor for Greenbrier's True Colors LGBT+ & Allies employee resource group (ERG) and an advocate for the launch of Greenbrier's internal mentoring network inspired by ERGs.

Mentorship Role: Across his professional, academic and community involvement, Krueger has consistently demonstrated a belief that strong organizations are built by investing time, care and opportunity into the growth of others. A cornerstone of his mentorship is through Marquette University's student mentorship program, through which Krueger has mentored students with intentionality and creativity, developing partnerships based on mentees' interests and aspirations. He takes students to Greenbrier's rail manufacturing facilities to provide real-world exposure and practical industry insight.

Within Greenbrier, Krueger is equally dedicated to coaching, developing and working alongside employees. He introduced Greenbrier's Executive Walkabouts, which provide employees with opportunities to showcase their potential as leaders, gaining strategic visibility and developing credibility among key decision-makers. He has also developed one-on-one mentoring partnerships with individuals across Greenbrier, helping mentees define development objectives, coaching them through goals and career advancements.
