Cincinnati on Friday took delivery of its first streetcar vehicle, which arrived from a CAF USA manufacturing plant in Elmira Heights, N.Y. The streetcar was originally scheduled to arrive Oct. 30, but issues associated with loading it onto a flatbed tractor-trailer delayed it until the afternoon, Cincinnati city officials said in a press release.
