SEPTA unveils new service center in headquarters



The Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) recently opened a Customer Service and Sales Office in the lobby of its downtown Philadelphia headquarters.

Located in a customized replica of a 1947 Presidential Conference Committee trolley car, the office serves as a one-stop shop for passengers to purchase tickets and passes, obtain information about SEPTA’s services, and comment on authority services or personnel.
