Soileau has more than 23 years of transit experience, including 15 years in the North Texas region with Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART), Wilber Smith Associates and Dikita Engineering. While at DART, she served as senior planner and worked closely with member cities on route modifications, and as project manager of an environmental analysis of the Blue Line extension, DCTA officials said in a prepared statement.
